If your child needs a prescription refill, please allow up to 48 hours for requests to be completed.
You may request the refill by doing the following:
Leave a message regarding the refill on the Nurse Advice Line by calling (404) 261-2666 and Choose Option #2. Please leave the following information when calling in order to expedite your request(s):
- Patient's full name
- Patient's date of birth
- Name of medication or therapy
- Medication dose and frequency
- Name and phone number of pharmacy
- Parent's phone number(s) where he/she is able to be reached
For patients taking ADHD medications or other controlled substances: Please call at least one week before your child will run out of their medication to ensure that the prescribing physician will be in the office to sign the prescriptions. These prescriptions CANNOT be called into or e-prescribed to the pharmacy. They either will need to be physically picked up or mailed to the patient's home address. A quarterly med check visit (every three months) and an annual well visit are required for all prescription renewals.
