Our pediatric specialty nurses and medical assistants are available for phone consultations during our regular office hours. They can assist you if you have questions regarding your child's medical treatment, lab results, signs and symptoms of an illness, medication renewals, or any general health concerns. The phone triage nurse will also assist you if you need to speak to your child's doctor.
Our triage nurse will attempt to return all calls received by the end of each business day. Please note that calls are returned in order of priority and necessity based on the status of the patient in question. If your call has not been returned and the status of your child's condition has changed, please call back so our staff can respond appropriately. Please note that non-emergency prescription renewals and forms may take up to 48 hours to be completed.
